Tackling Trafficking is solely centered around making people aware that human trafficking exists everywhere while also opening them up to opportunities that allow them to join the ongoing fight against trafficking.
Our founder was a freshman in high school when she learned about the power of the media as it relates to certain issues in her AP U.S. Government & Politics class. Given the opportunity the following year as a sophomore to create a project with no limitations, she decided to develop a social media presence to raise more awareness to combat human trafficking because in her mind, the media's coverage of the issue is limited and this needs to change.
